The M&A IT Program within Corporate IT supports Merger and Acquisition (M&A) deals and the current De-Investment pipeline of Uniper.
As the IT project lead, you will manage and execute IT related M&A projects end-to-end in all project phases: Setup, Due Diligence (IT and Vendor), Prestudy, Separation (logical and/or physical and Rebranding), Closing-activities (business continuity), Transition and Transitional Services and Post Closure.
While your primary focus will be on managing complex M&A IT programs you will also play a critical role in broader Corporate IT initiatives, using your project management expertise to support and deliver enterprise-wide IT projects when required.
